EMBODY - New Year Movement Class
A Five-Class Series for Vitality, Strength & Living Presence
EMBODY is a five-week Saturday morning movement series designed to ignite your year from the inside out. Drawing from the most effective elements of our Clearbright practices—glute vitality, FasciaPulse, shaking, joint mobility, breath, and rhythmic strength work—this series is upbeat, vigorous, and deeply regulating.
Each class builds physical strength, fluid coordination, and nervous-system resilience while restoring trust in the body’s innate intelligence. Rather than pushing or forcing, we generate heat, tone, and clarity through intelligent rhythm, repetition, and full-body integration.
This is not just a workout—it’s a practice we inhabit.
Jan 3: Class 1 — Wake the Body
Reclaiming rhythm, heat, and ground
We begin by waking up the body’s deep systems of support and vitality. This class establishes the baseline rhythms of the series: glute activation, spinal elasticity, joint lubrication, and full-body coordination.
Expect grounded strength work, gentle yet stimulating FasciaPulse sequences, and rhythmic shaking to clear stagnation and bring warmth into the tissues. We set the tone for the month—stable, energized, and present.

Jan 10: Class 2 — Strength with Ease
Power without bracing
This class explores how strength can emerge without tension. We build muscular tone and endurance while staying supple, breath-connected, and responsive.
Through standing sequences, lower-body strength patterns, and rhythmic loading, we learn how to generate power while remaining internally soft and coordinated—an essential skill for longevity and nervous-system health.

Jan 17: Class 3 — Shake, Pulse, Restore
Resetting the nervous system through movement
Here we lean more fully into shaking, pulsing, and oscillatory movement to discharge stress and restore vitality. This class is deceptively powerful—vigorous in sensation, deeply regulating in effect.
Shaking becomes a tool for emotional clearing, circulation, and re-establishing trust in instinctual movement. FasciaPulse sequences help integrate these states back into coherence and stability.

Jan 24: Class 4 — Integrated Flow
Strength, mobility, and rhythm as one field
This class weaves together everything developed so far into longer, more continuous movement phrases. Strength, mobility, breath, and rhythm begin to feel less like techniques and more like a unified language.
Experience how the body self-organizes when given enough clarity, warmth, and permission.

Jan 31: Class 5 — Embodied Momentum
Carrying vitality into daily life
The final class consolidates the series and emphasizes carryover. We refine key sequences that participants can return to throughout the year—short, effective movement rituals that maintain strength, circulation, and nervous-system balance.
This class leaves the body feeling energized, clear, and forward-moving—ready to meet the year with presence and capacity.
