In the Clearbright Process, we understand that emotions are not problems to fix—they are living energies held in the body, asking to be felt, honored, and transformed. When these energies are blocked or ignored, they become stress, tension, or disconnection. When they are met skillfully, they become power, clarity, and joy.
Liberate is a four-part journey through the emotional body, designed to release stress, reset internal organs, and rewire your system for pleasure, clarity, and embodied freedom. Using Clearbright’s unique method of positional breathwork, fascial tuning, and internal organ reset, you’ll learn a complete practice for emotional liberation that you can return to again and again.
Class 1: The Arc of Anger and Sadness – Freeing the Pulse of Expression
Anger and sadness are two sides of the same wave—one surging upward, the other pulling downward. When either is blocked, the body becomes tight, the breath shallow, and the heart heavy. This session focuses on the liver, lungs, and diaphragm to liberate expression, restore rhythm, and clear the emotional fog.
Highlights: Liver-lung organ reset. Spiral fascia release for shoulders and ribs. Breath arcs + sound for emotional movement. Core Emotions: Anger (Yang) & Sadness (Yin)
Class 2: The Fire and the Fear – Regulating Overstimulation and Reclaiming Safety
Excitation burns from the heart outward; fear contracts us inward to the kidneys and bones. In this session, we rewire the heart-kidney axis, stabilize the breath, and unwind hidden tension patterns that keep the system in survival mode. This is deep recalibration.
Highlights: Heart-kidney reset postures. Pelvic bowl and chest opening. Sounded breath + vagal tuning. Core Emotions: Excitation (Yang) & Fear (Yin).
Class 3: The Mind’s Weight – Soothing Overthinking and Digesting Worry
Mental rumination and low-level worry pull us out of presence and fragment our energy. This class works with the spleen and stomach, re-centering awareness in the belly and restoring the integrity of your energetic field through fascia integration and breath awareness.
Highlights: Spleen-stomach organ reset. Coreline breath and gentle fascia massage. Practices for digesting thought-emotion loops. Core Emotions: Overthinking (Yang) & Worry (Yin)
Class 4: The Radiant Reset – A Complete Daily Practice for Emotional Liberation
This final session brings it all together: a complete Clearbright sequence for daily stress release and emotional transformation. You’ll receive a full-body protocol that includes breath arcs, organ activation, fascia tuning, and integration of the Nine Petals. This is your personal ritual for ongoing resilience, joy, and embodied sovereignty.
